We do our best to ensure that the actual product has little or no difference from what you see online. However, there are cases whereby colour may vary due to the colour settings of your device. For customer who having high standard of colour request, do choose the products carefully. Reach out to us, should there be any questions or lack of clarity regarding our products.

Payment Method

We accept payments via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX) and PayPal. All payments are in SGD.

Yes, you will automatically receive an invoice when you make payment online.


Delivery is free for all purchases above $3000. Otherwise, delivery charges will be as follow:

Decoration Products Air Freight SGD 8.99 for each item. Delivery charge will be void if the total amount of the order is more than SGD 99
Furniture Sea Freight SGD 100/Cubic Meter. Min. of 1 Cubic Meter

We strive to deliver your items within the shortest lead time.

For items shipped by air, the lead time is 10 – 15 business days.
For items shipped by sea, the lead time is 20 – 25 business days.

Please expect slight delays during China’s public holidays, the Mid-Autumn Festival or during China’s monsoon season.

For custom made products, the waiting time depend on the manufacturing time. The time to manufacture take 7 – 15 days. Customer service will advice the delivery date accordingly.

Addin website are connected to trustworthy vendors for your selection. The installation fee will be quoted based on the complexity of the assembling of the furniture.


Different products have different warranty periods. This period commences from the date your item is delivered. Our warranty covers defects incurred during the manufacturing or shipping process. AddIn will repair or replace defective parts, or provide an exchange at our sole discretion.
